Students, staff, alumni and guests are invited to join in for an awesome day of celebration.  This is going to be an afternoon of fun with all of the activities that are lined up, plus some super exciting varsity baseball games you won't want to miss! And to top it off, it's free to attend! Come to  Sinclair Yards (I.D.A. Park) from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for live music, food, drinks, games, giveaways and to cheer on our Varsity Baseball Team as they play the Durham Lords!

​Home Opener Event for the Soo Greyhounds
Get ready for an exciting start to the hockey season! Join us for the Soo Greyhounds Home Opener on September 27th for a thrilling night of hockey action.
Event Details:
  • Date: September 27, 2024
  • Time: Game starts at 7:07pm. We will leave campus at 6:00pm. Pizza will be served in Odeno at 5pm.
  • Cost: Only $10! That includes your pizza before the game, transportation to the game, game ticket, popcorn & pop.. I'd say that is a steal!
  • Location: Odeno & GFL Arena
  • Who are the Greyhounds Playing?: Saginaw Spirit
What's Included:
  • Pizza: Enjoy a delicious pizza party before the game! We’ll have a variety of pizzas to choose from, so there's something for everyone.
  • Transportation: We’ll provide transportation to the game to make your experience hassle-free (you will need to get yourself home but the GFL is close to the downtown Bus Terminal).
Registration:
  • Registration Required: To ensure we have enough space and food for everyone, registration is required.
  • Opens: Registration will open at the beginning of September. Keep an eye out for the link and secure your spot!
