We are available 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday through email or our social media.
SCSU runs on summer hours (with the college) 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

how do i get a bus pass?
Currently bus passes are only available at the bus station located at 160 Queen Street east. You must bring your student card to receive the student semester pass.
HOW DO I GET A SEARCHMONT PASS?
Due to Covid no Searchmont pass will be available to students this year, and no ancillary fee was charged.
What is an ancillary fee?
A fee charged to support services and activities distinct from academic programming or general overhead for a post-secondary institution. You can find ancillary fees here. *Please see Sault College Website for up to date fees.
Who Do I see to register for a course?
Who has health insurance? Do I have health insurance if I am part time?
Part time and international students are not enrolled in the health plan.
WHERE CAN I GET A PARKING PASS?
Parking passes are available at the Financial Services Desk located in M-Wing.
WHERE DO I GO TO APPEAL A GRADE?
All necessary steps for appeals are located in the "Student Code of Conduct and Appeal Guidelines" document which can be found on the Sault College website. If you are having difficulty, contact student services.
